This year again, we are organizing a pre-order of beautiful fresh products for the holidays, which will be delivered directly from France.
For this, we have created an order form in both PDF and Excel format.

How to order?

  • Send the completed order form by email to contact@lesbellessaveurs.com or hand it in at our store.
  • The pre-order period runs until Sunday, December 14, 2025.
  • The order will be delivered the following week and can be picked up in the store from Saturday, December 21.

Notes and conditions for the pre-order process

Down payment & payment

  • This year, we kindly ask for a down payment of 50% of the order amount when placing the order.
  • For orders placed in the store, the down payment can be made on site (card payment possible).
  • For orders by email, you will receive a payment link via email or SMS (if a mobile number is provided).
  • The remaining amount can be paid in the store when picking up the order.

Availability

  • All products listed in the catalog are subject to availability from our supplier in France.
  • We maintain continuous contact with our supplier regarding product availability. To ensure delivery, we kindly request that you submit your order as early as possible.
  • Should a product from your order become unavailable, we will inform you immediately as soon as this information is known.
  • If a product is no longer available, we will inform you no later than December 17. In consultation, we will offer an alternative product or remove the product from your order.

Order pickup

  • Pre-orders are exclusively available for in-store pickup.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer home delivery.

Steps in the ordering process

1) View products

  • Download the order form here in PDF or Excel to view the products.
  • Or ask for a printed version in the store.

2) Fill in the order form

Via the PDF form:

  • Print the PDF form.
  • Fill in your contact details.
  • Indicate when you want to pick up the order in the store.
  • Enter the desired quantity per product.
  • Take a photo or scan of the completed form.
  • Send it to contact@lesbellessaveurs.com or hand it in at our store.

Via the Excel form:

  • In the Excel file, enter the desired quantity per product.
  • The total price and down payment amount will be calculated automatically.
  • Indicate when you want to pick up the order in the store.
  • Save the completed form and send it by email.
  • You can also print the list, fill it in by hand, and hand it in at the store.

3) Submit order & down payment

By email:

  • Send the completed order form to contact@lesbellessaveurs.com.
  • You will receive a confirmation and a payment link via email or SMS (if applicable).
  • Your order is final after receipt of the down payment.

In the store:

  • Hand in the completed order form in the store.
  • The down payment can be made directly in the store (card payment possible).

4) Pick up your order in the store

  • As soon as your order has arrived, you will receive a notification.
  • You can pick up your order in the store.
  • Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver these products.

Cette année encore, nous organisons une précommande de délicieux produits frais pour les fêtes, qui seront directement livrés depuis la France.
Nous avons créé un formulaire de commande disponible en format PDF et Excel.

Comment passer commande ?

  • Envoyez le formulaire de commande rempli par e-mail à contact@lesbellessaveurs.com ou remettez-le en magasin.
  • Les précommandes sont ouvertes jusqu'au dimance 14 décembre 2025 inclus.
  • Les commandes seront livrées la semaine suivante et pourront être retirées en magasin à partir du samedi 20 décembre.

Remarques et conditions relatives au processus de précommande

Acompte & paiement

  • Cette année, nous vous demandons un acompte de 50 % du montant total de la commande lors de la validation de celle-ci.
  • Pour les commandes passées en magasin, l'acompte peut être payé directement en magasin (par carte bancaire).
  • Pour les commandes par e-mail, vous recevrez un lien de paiement par e-mail ou par SMS (si un numéro de téléphone portable est fourni).
  • Le solde restant peut être payé en magasin lors du retrait de la commande.

Disponibilité

  • Tous les produits mentionnés dans le catalogue sont sous réserve de disponibilité chez notre fournisseur en France.
  • Nous restons en contact permanent avec notre fournisseur concernant la disponibilité des produits. Pour garantir la disponibilité, nous vous prions de bien vouloir passer votre commande dès que possible.
  • Si un produit de votre commande devient soudainement indisponible, nous vous en informerons dès que nous aurons cette information.
  • Si un produit est malheureusement en rupture de stock, nous vous en informerons le plus tôt possible (au plus tard le 17 décembre). Nous vous proposerons alors un produit alternatif ou retirerons l'article de votre commande.

Retrait de la commande

  • Les précommandes sont uniquement disponibles pour un retrait en magasin.
  • Nous ne proposons malheureusement pas de livraison à domicile.

Étapes du processus de commande

1) Consulter les produits

  • Téléchargez le formulaire de commande en PDF ou Excel pour consulter les produits.
  • Ou demandez une version imprimée en magasin.

2) Remplir le formulaire de commande

Via le formulaire PDF :

  • Imprimez le formulaire PDF.
  • Remplissez vos coordonnées.
  • Indiquez quand vous souhaitez retirer votre commande en magasin.
  • Remplissez la quantité souhaitée pour chaque produit.
  • Prenez une photo ou scannez le formulaire rempli.
  • Envoyez-le à contact@lesbellessaveurs.com ou remettez-le en magasin.

Via le formulaire Excel :

  • Remplissez la quantité souhaitée pour chaque produit dans le fichier Excel.
  • Le prix total et le montant de l'acompte seront automatiquement calculés.
  • Indiquez quand vous souhaitez retirer votre commande en magasin.
  • Enregistrez le formulaire rempli et envoyez-le par e-mail.
  • Vous pouvez aussi imprimer la liste, la remplir à la main et la remettre en magasin.

3) Soumettre la commande & acompte

Par e-mail :

  • Envoyez le formulaire de commande rempli à contact@lesbellessaveurs.com.
  • Vous recevrez une confirmation et un lien de paiement par e-mail ou par SMS (si applicable).
  • Votre commande sera considérée comme définitive après réception de l'acompte.

En magasin :

  • Remettez le formulaire de commande rempli en magasin.
  • L'acompte peut être payé directement en magasin (par carte bancaire).

4) Retirer votre commande en magasin

  • Dès que votre commande est arrivée, vous recevrez un avis.
  • Vous pourrez retirer votre commande en magasin.
  • Attention : Nous ne proposons malheureusement pas de livraison de ces produits.
