Soft-boiled egg with truffle butter toast soldiers

Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Bowl of ice water
- Your favorite bread
- Mealk truffle butter (only available in our Épicerie)
Today, a very simple recipe, but delicious. Soft-boiled eggs with truffle butter.
Cut some strips of bread, about the size of your fingers.
Spread Mealk truffle butter on the bread strips.
Boil the eggs for 4 minutes in boiling water - important: do not hard-boil the eggs. You want to be able to dip the bread. After 4 minutes, place the eggs in the bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
Serve the eggs and bread strips.
To eat, cut off the top of the egg and dip the truffle-buttered bread strips into the egg.
