Vines in the town of Gigondas. Terroirs Santa Duc, the planters,
the Teyssonnières.
Blend:
45-year-old vines.
Owned by the Gaudin family for 4 generations.
Grenache 80% Syrah 20%
VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Manual harvest.
Destemming at 80%
Traditional red vinification (pump-overs, temperature control,
long maceration) adapted to each characteristic of the
vintage.
Matured in vats then in oak barrels for 12 months.
Sold after three years of aging.

TASTING NOTES
The family is very attached to the traditional, complex, and
robust yet elegant and harmonious, above all not too
extracted. The 2015 vintage won a gold medal at the Concours
Général Agricole de Paris
