Aubergine Caviar 90g

Description
Eggplant caviar is a typical Mediterranean dish, best enjoyed as an aperitif. The eggplants are grilled in the oven and then pureed. This eggplant caviar is made from Provençal eggplants harvested at their ripest.
Serve chilled as an aperitif on toast.
After opening, store in a dry, dark place, between 2 and 4 degrees. Best before: 3 years.
