Description
Crémant blanc B from Bonhoste is the fruit of a blend of Sémillon, a very aromatic grape variety, and Ugni Blanc, which brings freshness and liveliness. It undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional Champagne method. Beautiful golden color that releases bubbles and a very fine mousse. The nose is elegant and delicate, with aromas of dried fruits (hazelnut, almond), exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and many flint minerals. The palate is fresh and lively, with mineral and fruity notes.
