In the 18th century, Spanish explorers brought it to Europe, and it quickly conquered the hearts of herbal tea lovers. Organic lemon verbena is traditionally used to promote better sleep. In short: with the sweet and lemony taste of this infusion, you won't have to count sheep for long. Just one teabag before bedtime is enough to enjoy the benefits!
