Our good old Comté AOP, king of the Jura mountains and aperitif platters, would have given us a lot of cheese if we hadn't dedicated our bricelet to it.
The encounter between the fruity character of His Excellency and our local "savoir-fer" is a gem of delicacy that will delight all palates.
Each of its outings from the package is crowned with such success that the sad fate of our Comté bricelet will eventually end... headless.
