This organic, alcohol-free Cuvée, made from the Sémillon grape variety – a traditional grape of the great sweet wines of Bordeaux – is the ideal alternative to wine.
Originating from the Bordeaux vineyard and obtained by direct pressing of the harvest, it offers a unique experience at the source of Bordeaux's "Grands Crus" and pairs well with refined dishes.
TASTING NOTES: Great aromatic richness and complexity: rhubarb, quince, apple, pear, white peach, and acacia flower honey.
PAIRINGS: Foie gras, seafood, cheese platter, and fruity desserts.
TASTING ADVICE: Serve very chilled (6°c) in a wine glass.
Can also be used as an aromatic base for mocktails and cocktails.
