This sparkling, organic, non-alcoholic Cuvée made from the Sémillon grape variety – a traditional grape variety for the great sweet wines of Bordeaux – is the ideal alternative to champagne.
Originating from the Bordeaux vineyard and obtained by direct pressing of the harvest, it offers a unique experience at the source of great wines and pairs well with refined dishes.

TASTING NOTES: Fine bubbles, delicate notes of rhubarb, apple, pear, and acacia blossom honey. Balanced vintage, freshness and persistence on the palate.

PAIRING: Aperitif, foie gras, caviar, and goat cheese

TASTING ADVICE: Serve very chilled (4°c) - Champagne flute.
Also usable as an aromatic base for mocktails and cocktails
