Terroir Mostly clay-limestone and sandy-loam soils.

Altitude from 100 to 450m. Yields 20 hl/ha.

Harvest Manually, with small capacity baskets and crates. Triple sorting: at harvest, in the rows and in the cellar.

Vinification Natural fermentation (no inputs) in truncated wooden tanks.

Gravity movements. Low intensity pneumatic press.

Maturing 23 months in wood (demi-muids), concrete and stainless steel 316

Bottling estate bottled, "fleur de liège" cork.

Tasting Very good structure. Powerful and elegant at the same time, thanks to the grape varieties selected: We kept the mellowness of the Grenache, the freshness of Carignan, the depth of Syrah and finess and elegance of the Consult & Counoise.
