Yields 20 hl/ha.

Harvest Manually, in small baskets and crates. Triple sorting: at the picking, in the rows and in the cellar.

Vinification Gravity movements. Low intensity pneumatic press. Temperature controlled. Maturing 22 months in wood (demi-muids and tuns), concrete and 316 stainless steel. Bottling estate bottled. "fleur de liège" cork.

Aging potential 12 years
