Description
Our duck galantine is made from duck meat and pieces of duck foie gras (from the Southwest). It is truffled with black truffle (tuber melanosporum) and was developed in partnership with the high marsh farm, ESAT of Captieux (33) which is committed to the integration of disabled people through work. An objective that is close to our hearts and that we wish to promote.
