Coarse sea salt from Guérande

Récolte Artisans du Sel's coarse unrefined salt is unwashed, unground, and unrefined. Its naturally grey color comes from the clay in the salt marshes. This is the salt that Bretons adore, far from the snow-white industrial salt, a bit too white to be honest. The crystals, between 3 and 6 mm, will accompany you in all your cooking and preparations, whether in salt crusts or tea towels, as well as for many daily uses of salt. We recommend transferring the salt to a glass, stoneware, or porcelain container of your choice. Salt can be stored in a dry place.
