Description 
Surprising for its freshness, its very present aromas of lychee, citrus, green apple, and a hint of pepper. Very pleasant as an aperitif, it will enhance seafood or sushi and will flatter the best-aged goat cheeses after several years! It will continue to surprise you. Optimal temperature 10 - 12 ° C. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation temperatures, it is aged on fine lees until early bottling to preserve all its aromas. This Sauvignon is very comfortable with white meat and pairs well with light and marinated meats like chicken or even Asian cuisine. On its own, just for the pleasure of tasting, it is also very successful!
