Description
A quick botany lesson. Also known as Armenian cucumber or snake cucumber, the white cucumber is somewhat original and likes to cover its tracks. If it's a cousin of the melon, its thin, light green skin and ribbed appearance bring it closer to the cucumber: same appearance, same taste, but in miniature! A gherkin then? Not really. When preserved like this, it has a softer taste and a slightly crunchy texture, which makes it unique.
