JOULIN 2024 Vintage Sardines "Miss Lulu in the Stars"

Description
These vintage sardines, fished off Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée, are selected for their high fat content, over 12%. This tradition has been maintained since 2004, with the sardines being hand-prepared and canned within hours of being caught. This recipe is primarily a preserving sardine, intended to mature and be turned over every six months to soften the sardine and enhance its delicious flavours.

Madame LULU ventures into the heart of space, always on the lookout for new discoveries. There, she naturally encounters the moon and the stars, as well as Coralie Joulin's unusual fish. A new journey of discovery that makes our vintage 2024, aged and gently marinated in extra virgin olive oil, even better.
