Grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah

A wine with a very good structure. These grape varieties have produced a wine that is both powerful and elegant.

Terroir: Primarily clay-limestone and sandy loam.
Altitude from 100 to 450 meters. Yield 25 hl/ha.

Harvest: Manual harvesting, with small capacity baskets and crates. Triple sorting: during harvest, in the rows, and in the cellar.

Vinification: Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts (no inputs) in truncated wooden tanks. Gravity movements. Low-intensity pneumatic pressing.

Aging: 22 months in concrete and 316 stainless steel.
