Our lime honey, harvested in the Ain Valley, is a delicate and refined honey, highly prized for its distinctive flavour and light colour. We discover subtle nuances of mint and citrus. Some people say this honey has a slightly spicy undertone. It is reminiscent of the scent of linden blossom, with a subtle touch of freshness.

The texture is creamy and smooth. Usually the colour is light yellow to light amber. Sometimes it can be almost transparent. However, the colour may vary, depending on the harvest season and the specific flowers visited by the bees.

Lime trees are flowering trees that bloom during a specific period of the year, usually between June and July. Lime trees are covered with flowers in hanging clusters that are creamy to light yellow. These flowers are small in size, but they are abundant and very attractive to bees. They provide an abundance of nectar and are therefore an important honey source for beekeepers in the region.
