Our blackberry honey is harvested in the heart of the Monts d’Ardèche Natural Park. It has a rich, sweet, and slightly tangy taste. It features notes of caramel and licorice, with a slight bitterness. Fruity nuances, reminiscent of ripe mulberries, may be present.

This honey has a thick, creamy texture. It may crystallize slower than other types of honey, giving it a smooth, creamy consistency even after some time.

Blackberries, also known as brambles, are climbing plants belonging to the rose family (Rosaceae).
The blooming of wild blackberries in the Ardèche typically occurs in the months of June and July. The plants are covered with small, delicate white or pale pink flowers with five petals that form large clusters.

After flowering, the blossoms of wild blackberries turn into edible fruits, known as blackberries. They ripen later in the season, usually in late summer or early autumn.
