Marseille Pastis Mustard is made with artisanal Pastis from Maison du Pastis in Marseille. It evokes the sun, the conviviality of a game of pétanque, an aperitif on the terrace and togetherness around a barbecue.
It goes well with summer dishes such as grilled meat, lamb, pork, white meat or sausage. It is an excellent accompaniment to flambéed prawns, or can be used for a warm sauce with garlic, shallots and crème fraîche to enhance sea bream or mackerel fillets. It can also be used as a base for mayonnaise with shellfish. Marseille Pastis Mustard is perfect for making summer marinades to coat pork tenderloin or chicken skewers.

La Maison du Pastis, located in Marseille, provided us with an authentic, artisanal pastis that convinced us. Pastis de Marseille is a spirit with its iconic yellow colour. It derives its intense flavour from star anise, liquorice and a bouquet of aromatic Provençal herbs.
Patis is a very aromatic, aniseed-flavoured spirit, obtained after a long process of flavour extraction: distillation of star anise, cold maceration of aromatic herbs and infusion of liquorice. Pastis, a traditional aperitif in Provençal cuisine, is known for stimulating the appetite and aiding digestion.
