Description
This cookbook with 50 easy recipes to make with the family was written by the French top pastry chef Christoph Michalak during the Corona-Lockdown.
“During this slow (corona, ed.) period, while I continued to work every day, I benefited more from my family, and I also used this time to develop simple, accessible recipes. I, who have always wanted to democratize pastry making, wanted to do the same with daily family cooking. By posting my recipes on social networks every day, I could share, exchange, and feel useful. It caused a lot of warm and benevolent exchanges in such a complicated period when caregivers gave so much of themselves while we were in care. By bringing all these recipes together, I dedicate this book to them by donating 100% of the royalties and profit. It is my way of paying tribute to them today."
