Brilliant golden-yellow. Fresh and invigorating nose of a ripe and lively Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe lemons, grapefruit peel, hints of passion fruit, and a touch of white pepper. A pure and beautifully vinous taste, retaining citrus notes and, with some aeration, hints of pink ginger. Perfectly structured in fruit, minerality, and balance. Superb! Thanks to the Fleuriet family! Serve around 10-11 °C with fish, shellfish, and fish en papillot.
