The collaboration seemed a logical step.

In this original setting with authentic maritime resonances, the sardine workers of La Perle des Dieux have marinated sardines, prepared in the traditional way and by hand. This traditional sardine reveals all its finesse and delicious aromas, in a bed of carefully selected extra virgin olive oil.
