Tomato and basil harmoniously combine with bluish fish. Southern accents infuse this recipe with a subtle hint of basil and a generous, fruity tomato that accentuates the maritime notes of the sardines. As with all our recipes, it is advisable to let sardines mature for a more flowery taste and tenderer flesh. Therefore, turn them over every six months.
