Green olive tapenade

Description
Green olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish with olives, capers, and anchovies. It is served as an appetizer, but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance the flavor and make the tapenade more tender.
Spread it on toast and serve chilled as an appetizer.
After opening, store in a dry, dark place, between 2 and 4 °C.
