Black olive tapenade

Description
Black olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish made with olives, capers, and anchovies. It is served as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance the flavour and make the tapenade more tender.
Spread it on toast and serve chilled as an appetizer.
Once opened, store in a dry, dark place between 2 and 4 °C.
