Altitude from 100 to 450m. Yields 25 hl/ha.
Harvest Manually, with small capacity baskets and crates. Triple sorting: at harvest, in the rows and in the cellar.
Vinification Traditional fermentations with native yeasts (no inputs) in truncated wooden tanks. Gravity movements. Pneumatic pressing at low intensity.
Maturing 22 months in concrete and stainless steel 316.

Tasting Very good structure. These grape varieties have produced a wine that is both powerful and elegant.
